9/15/2021 0 Comments HB-248 - CALL TO ACTION!!! 9/15/21As many of you know, our Ohio Representatives have (mostly) failed to advance HB-248 to protect our medical freedom. The exceptions are Jennifer Gross (author of the bill, pictured above), Nino Vitale, Scott Wiggam, and a very few others, who actually ARE fighting for our freedom from medical tyranny (forced masking, forced "vaccines", discrimination based on vaccine status, etc.).
A "Discharge Petition" has been started, to bring HB248 to a vote on the House floor so we can see exactly who supports this bill and who does not. We need at least 50 Reps to sign the Discharge Petition. The Democrats are unlikely to support medical freedom, but we have 65 Republicans in the House, so this is very do-able, IF they cooperate. But I suspect many are trying to hide their true allegiances. Please CALL your Rep and insist that they sign the HB-248 Discharge Petition so that there can be a vote. That way we can know who actually supports medical freedom and who is just playing us for fools. So far, the Reps co-sponsoring this Bill are: Thomas Brinkman Jr., Gary Click, Rodney Creech, Bill Dean, Jay Edwards, Ron Ferguson, Sarah Fowler Arthur, Kris Jordan, Mike Loychik, Riordan McClain, Derek Merrin, Reggie Stoltzfus, Nino Vitale, Scott Wiggam, and Paul Zeltwanger. If YOUR Rep is listed above as a co-sponsor, please call them to THANK THEM. If your Rep is NOT listed, please call them to insist they sign the Discharge Petition. They may try to tell you that HB435 is a good Bill, so HB248 isn't needed. FALSE. I don't know ALL the details about HB435, but I know a couple of things... 1) it only protects against unapproved "vaccines", so if the FDA approves the jab tomorrow, all protections are gone. It also has an expiration date, I believe in 2023. Why? No... this is a bad Bill. We need to continue to push for HB248. Feel free to use the "Contact" form on this page to send me (Donna) an email if you need help figuring out who your Ohio Representative is, or your Ohio Senator. Or text message me at 513-899-OHIO. Thanks for your advocacy for this IMPORTANT bill!
